I am aware of the preference option to "Always use filename as document title". Is there a way to get Acrobat to show the filename in the program window bar, and the title in the document tab (or vice versa)? It would be nice to be able to see both at once.

I looked for pictures, but also couldn't find any using a variety of search terms. Does anyone recognize what the comment is talking about?
