I just unboxed my new ES1, but have run into a critical error during startup. The water tank is full, easily drains when pressing on the stopper from underneath, and has been properly seated every time. I tried resetting to factory settings, but got the same error. I can hear the pump running, and it gets progressively louder until it eventually stops and kicks the error. Help please! Any ideas?
