Small Claims Court
About a month ago I removed a crumbling fence from my backyard. Our rear neighbor (incorrectly) believes the removed fence belonged to her, and is not suing us in small claims court.
I have photos of the before and after, including the removed fence sitting in my driveway waiting to be hauled away - showing the fence segments in question match the rest of my removed fence and don’t match her remaining fence
I have confirmation from the previous owner that they installed the fence in question on their own property prior to either us or the plaintiff-neighbor moving in
I have a plat showing the fence entirely on my property.
I have no idea how any of this works at this point. Any advice on how this particular court works would be greatly appreciated!
