Advice for a noob for his first IEMs
Hello. I just jumped into the IEM rabbitwhole as i like to get rid of blutooth plugs and return to cables. I have ZERO idea about audiphiles and different sounds so I ask for your advice in this journey. My main goal is better audio quality, comfort, and not dealing with battery life and degradation.
I will use them mainly as a daily driver for music listening during commutes (I mostly hear latin music ex. La Yegros, Kpop ex. NMIXX and Aespa, and european metal ex. Blind Guardian) and for Work (I review social media content and have to listen to lots of post online for violations, so good clarity on voices is a plus for the work).
The feature that is more important for me is physical comfort in ear and listening comfort in order to use them long ours at the office withour getting tired. So IEMs with strong vibration or other factors that could get my hearing or ears tired I want to avoid. Also good durability is appreciated.
I dont have the best hearing so Im not suuuper crazy about the tunning but something that is mainly good for Kpop and female vocals would be great as I enjoy mostly girlgroups.
Now, after research, the ones I liked and on my price range are:
-Linsoul Kiwi Cadenza II (seems like the safest choice for comfort and having not issues)
-Linsoul Tangzu Xuan (Picked my attention for clarity on vocals AND looks, they are beautiful)
-Sivga Que (they look simple, comfortable and with good sound)
-Juzear Defiant (they appear to be exiting to listen and are tied in the looks department with Juzear)
-Dunu Kima 2 (they seem very umproblematic for listening, comfortable, durable, and love the accesories)
Also, im just ignorant on this, for these in particular a DAC is needed or can I use them with a simple adapter on my phone? If a DAC is needed do you have a recommendation for a budget and specially compact one I can get in EU?
Thank you 😃
