I got a beautiful patch of heat rash from my foam and binder but thankfully I only had to wear it for a week. The heat rash is healing so no worries there. So far the only rough thing from surgery is how well it went and how good I feel. Which sucks a little bit because it only makes me want to get back to running, hiking, and the gym. One more month and I can slowly ease back in. If yall have any tips and suggestions of activities to do while healing I’m all ears! I’m absolutely stir crazy already haha.
