Aesthetic NP salary Q
Part time NP in the east coast— I was offered $40/hr or commission of 9% if productivity is 20K. And the percentage commission structure increases with how much I can bring in. How is this pay comparable to others? I have intermediate experience and am super passionate with the aesthetic field.
