I miss my Ashtanga practice. Tore my ACL in Dec and had surgery and haven't practiced in 5 months.

My physio says I can modify but so many poses I can't do and for me, the sequence and breathwork is what gets me into flow state. If I have to think about poses to modify, it will spoil my practice. Also scared to do inversions, in case I land on bad leg. Can't do lotus, can't do any knee bends, can't do most of second series poses, can't drop back, can't to kapo. I'm so sad :(

I used my Nutribullet to make apple, beetroot and carrot juice for parents but it was very thick and pulpy

I strained it and added more water and coconut water for sweetness, but any suggestions on how to improve?

I also used the Nutribullet to make barley water (good for lowering cholesterol!) and blending the barley in. Tastes like a barley / oaty milkshake! Super delicious!
