I have 2 servers and none of them are working properly

I try to build something but the moment I log out it disappears

I can't interact with anything on my server and I have already tried to use another account or make a new server but the issue is still there, and I can't even use the chat

And when I tried to enter another server it worked just perfectly, no lag, no issues with the chat and not a single problem in general

Do anyone know how to fix it??? These two servers are really important for me and my gf and I genuinely don't know what could I do to save them

And also uhhhh, i'm sorry if my English is not good, I'm still learning to speak it
