Rummaged through dad's old stuff. He decided to throw a box of these away but I salvaged one. Unfortunately, batteries have already expanded and currently using the charging port.

Any idea what else I can do with it? Transferred some music, but can't bring it on the go.

My dad gave me his old Sony DSR-PD170 with some blank cassette tapes a few days ago. Tested it before and the recording was recording fine. Fast forward, decided to test it out again and now the recording had these stripes on them. Thought maybe I should record another and longer (5 mins), but it was still the same😭😭😭
