Popeye eating spinach in Rough House’s diner (Circa 1932)
Feel free to use, this Sunday strip and all 1932 strips didn’t have their copyrights renewed from what I heard so this would be a good meme photo to sell on t shirts I guess?

the 1932 edition is rare so this is a 1970s reprint I uploaded, feel free to use I guess?
Lilo & Stitch is for everyone, so harassing people for having a positive opinion about the live action is not cool and counts as gatekeeping.
If you don’t like the film, that’s fine, but please be chill about it. This is why the sub was criticized in the past. I don’t want this to become another Star Wars sub.
I thought the comics were just not been renewed since I heard from the wiki, but I did a quick search on newspapers.com and the early family circus strips (before king Features got the rights in the 1970s or whatever) had carried invalid copyright notices. There is no copyright text or symbol which is similar to how the first Garfield and Superman newspaper strips were like. (I heard Lil’ Folks also had similar.)
The one with valid notices also should be public domain due to their copyrights not being renewed prior to 1964, but the first ones from early 1960 did not carry any.
The comic was originally called Family Circle and it was mostly the same. Love it or hate it lol.
I posted this here since Buck is a public domain character, what female character is this? I can't seem to identify her. Google says it's Ardala but AI is inaccurate on that and idk what year Ardala debuted.
If she appeared after 1930, i'll check if the strips in which she debuted were renewed or not. She seems like a good love interest rival to use alongside Wilma for Buck.
Can someone help me identify her please?
The original composition of Mbube by Solomon Linda will enter the public domain in the United States in 1939, it is notable for being later evolved into the Tokens' The Lion Sleeps Tonight in 1961.
It's already public domain in it's home country, but it becoming public domain in the United States will be a cultural milestone for African music.
Not a big fan of this weird public domain horror trend, but this film was solid and i was shocked that Emma tate was in. If you guys don't like it, that's okay.
This film was really vile O-o
I Am so excited! (it's okay if u aren't)
(Description from AU)
I found this on a cd from my dad who worked at a defunct studio called "Novel Entertainment", it states "Horrid" at the end, was this a scrapped theme for a adaptation of the Horrid Henry books before Disney made that live action version? Please help identify!
