License Plate Creator Not Working When Signed In to Social Club

Works when not signed in as much as it can, then when I sign in it gives me this error on my phone and computer. What should I do?

How did I only get 300k for this import export when I had 3 cars?

Before picture showing 28.8 million as my starting bank. Then after the sale it says the payment was 600k almost (should be 900k with the lobby bonus) and then it acts like I only sold one car?!!?!?
