Does this look like molloscum?

I’m used to these clusters of little balls in the core, this one popped and it was like a waxy white head.

I was cleared back in January and haven’t shave anywhere since. Any advice on this? I’m too scared to shave but have been living with constant fear, embarrassment and anxiety since last July since being diagnosed. I just want to feel okay again, any advice on how long I should wait? I haven’t shaved since December.
