DMV/CSD's phone line
Hey I'm a transplant, and you know sometimes I've had questions about getting cars registered and stuff. How long has the DMV had their primary number ( (808) 768-9100 ) be AI, and like was there any discussion of that?
It's super annoying how it can't contact a human if it can't help you (which for me has been always), and the only way to talk to a person is the complaints line.
