Is too much body ache normal when you start excercising?
First of all please don't judge me, I (24 F) am a beginner. I usually do yoga, but whenever I try to exercise.... basically squats, lunges, table rows, inclined push ups (at home without weights), the next day I feel an immense body ache.... especially in the thighs and forearms.
And it hurts so bad, that I have to skip workout for the next two/three days. This breaks the discipline/routine.
I weigh 43 kgs, height around 5'3".
This is common right? Shall I still continue even if it hurts?
