What’s actually worked for you when it comes to getting honest customer feedback?

One thing I’ve realized recently is that most customers won’t really tell you what they think unless you make it extremely easy and low pressure.

We tried asking people directly for feedback, but most just say “everything was good” and move on, even when there are clearly small things that could be improved.

Lately we’ve been experimenting with a simple QR feedback setup we’re using QuickFeedback for it. mainly because it lets people respond quickly and privately instead of feeling like they have to leave a full public review.

It’s actually been more useful than I expected for spotting small recurring issues early.

Curious what other business owners here are doing though. Are you using surveys, email follow-ups, QR systems, review requests, or something else entirely?

Just wanna add i have a little dinner.
