Won a Flash 99 prize on Temu but getting "This item cannot be shipped to your address" error.
I need some help or advice. I just won a Nintendo Switch through the Flash 99 game on Temu, but when I try to checkout, I keep getting this error message: "This item cannot be shipped to your default address. If you add this to your cart, you will find it in the unavailable items section of the cart."
Since this is a specific promotional prize tied to a single vendor, I can't just search for a duplicate or use a different seller. I’ve already tried:
Clearing the app cache and reinstalling.
Deleting and re-entering my shipping address from scratch.
Testing different addresses within my city, but nothing works.
The problem also is that the countdown timer on my game is running out fast.
Is there a known workaround to force the checkout to go through?
