I missed my kcl law offer. I had mitigating circumstances prior/during my exams which were accepted by kcl. I achieved AAC, 30 LNAT.

My insurance choice soas accepted me. Kings offered me a guaranteed offer for 2027 if I was to resit only my C grade subject and fulfill the requirement of A*AA, as a result of my circumstances. My two A grades would carry over.

I’m torn between starting my law degree at soas in 2026 or taking a gap year for kcl and resitting my C grade subject. I never previously considered a gap year which is why im sceptical, I’ve always known I wanted a career in law. Pursuing a career as a barrister specifically.
