I'm beginning to wonder if armour is contributing to my symtoms. I have constant epigastric pressure. Before I take my armour (on an empty stomach) I often times have little pressure. However, about 30 minutes after the pressure increases and continues throughout the day. I do have hiatal hernia and I haven't been strict on any diet. So, I know that doesn't help. I also have biliary dyskinesia. Has anyone had any a similar experience?
