I play on a minecraft server and my horse despawned?

Its aternos server with me and my friends

They didnt kill my horse

I had two horses on same place

Just a fence and a slab roof

No blocks that they can glitch to and die

Theyre tamed

One horse was despawned

If it died is there a way to bring a dead tamed mob back

Mobs cant aggro horses i heard

No saddles dropped

So i change the servers version to 1.26 and it was 1.21.130 before, for chunkbase should i use 1.26 or 1.21.130?

Will it still be the same world as before but just added new structures from 1.26?

How do i make myself operator if i use cracked bedrock minecraft?

I already logged using an xbox account

And i put my gamertag in console to give me operator

I logged to the server it didnt work?
