Employer withholding my gratuity and salary
Need advice as this is my first time. I resigned from my company that is in ANC (Ajman nuventures) freezone. Since it's free zone, I'm confused on what to do. It's been a few months since my last working day, they've promised me that full payment will be made. I have a job waiting and that company has been patient till I can cancel my existing company visa so I can join them. I do not want to cancel it yet because then I'd have to sign the all dues cleared letter. On one hand I can't cancel the visa because I need my dues, and on the other hand the new company is urging me to join asap. Please advise me on what to do next. Will Mohre help if it's free zone? Is there a way to cancel the visa and join the new company (atleast so I get an income) without signing the all dues cleared letter and getting help from mohre to have my money?
The reason why I waited this long is that I didn't want to cause any issues and I trusted them, but it's too long now and I'm losing out on earning a monthly income from my new job.
