planning to mod out my bike( which seems like a tmx?), can you guys do some recommendation?

for context: this bike was from my grandfather which he had given up on riding because he is no longer permitted by our grandmother, so he gave it to me, he forgot what bike this originally was and has already modded(?) it out

i want it to be more on performance wise and/or cruiseable(preferrably can have 1 more passenger like a girlfriend or family), if it can even handle those kinds of changes, would anyone of you recommend me what i can change/upgrade?

i had originally planned out to change the air filter, but that's about what i've only thought
