Reclass to 38B?
Currently 42A with one year in the USAR. On MOB right now until December. Picking up my 4 in October this year.
My OIC is pushing for me to try to reclass to 38B because that was her former and she is going back after this MOB.
She said she would help me as much as she could.
Anybody know the actual process for this? I know I can ask her but I wanted to get outside perspective as nobody else in my battalion was CA.
I have been living in Europe for 6 years and will be living in Europe rest of my life.
Any advice on a step by step and actual timeline would be greatly appreciated.
