I am moving and taking my home security panel with me. The email I got from Telus about resetting the panel etc has a link that hasn't functioned for 2 weeks now. When I click on it I always get "Page not found. We’re working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, you can use the My TELUS app to manage your account." I would like instructions on how to remove the panel off the wall and how to reset it. I am not trying to manage my account. Moving is stressful enough without this.
