Predictable INRs - What does it take?

A few years ago I had a stroke in my mid 40s, and managing blood thinners since then has been one of the more exhausting parts of recovery. My INRs were all over the place for a long time before we finally landed on a stable range, and even now I am unsure of myself every time I eat something new, that I haven't before or reach for an over the counter medicine. Doing INR readings feels like getting academic results - anxiety and sometimes I avoid taking readings.

That uncertainty gets old. I just want to know, before I eat a bowl of spinach or take an antihistamine, whether it's going to mess with my levels. Just some confidence before I make a decision.

So I started building an app for that. It lets you check food and medicine interactions with your blood thinner, track your INR over time, and get reminders for your doses.

Would you use something like this? And what's the most frustrating part of managing your medication day to day? I'm building this for people like us, so I would really love to understand.

What features would you like in one liner?
