Why is Toregene x Fatima being seen as problematic?

Im not talking about people here on reddit or twitter but rather people on insta and tiktok.

Why are people problematizing Fatigene so much? Because even the author herself who usually portray them as having a mother-daughter relationship accepts the bissexual interpretation of them aswell. Heck, historically speaking, it is much more accurate than the mother-daughter thing. Sure, we will never know how their relationship truly was, but heck it is not over stupid reasons that theyre seen as a couple. Honestly, people complaining about because of Fatima being muslim or the age gap is the argument for this. The age gap is only a problem for americans, no non-american care about age gap if they're both adults. Specially in this case that Fatima is 23 (1230) and will be 25 in the next episode (1232). Fatima is not only from a different type of the nowadays muslim, one that doesn't pursue the homophobic rhetorics of islam, but she also barely follows her religion. The very act of scheming the downfall of the Mongols and willingly risking innocent's lifes for it are major sins in her religion and she completely ignores that repeteadly. I believe that these people also cant understand that Jaadugar isn't and wont be a muslim anime. Having a muslim main character doesn't e qual to muslim anime. Fatima is a traumatized, evil prick that constantly breaks the rules of her religion. But they only draw the line at homossexuality, huh?
