Does anyone have advice? (urgent and frustrating)

I'm a student and I've played for 10 years. I'm a community student at a music school and there are frequent performance opportunities that I do. I have a masterclass May 15th, an actual masterclass with some people in the audience, and I don't want to screw up and embarrass myself. I think I'm prepared, but every single darn time I go on stage my fingers get cold and stiff, even when I'm not very nervous to perform, and I'd say my accuracy and agility and everything goes down at least 30%. I've never had a performance where my fingers were unthawed and warm and agile; idk about 15 minutes before going on stage my fingers start getting cold and I can feel them stiffening and on stage last time I preformed I thought "how can I perform with these fingers?" Does anyone have advice? I've tried hand warmers but they don't work, the moment I get on stage my fingers cool very fast and half a page in they are frozen.

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE ADVICE I AM VERY THANKFUL!!
