I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Definitely had periods of low and high moods. Now my therapist is telling adult me that she thinks I have ADHD 😳. It has got me scratching my head wondering if the mania has just been adhd this whole time.

For some background I was a chatter in class and got in trouble and now as an adult have an interrupting problem lol. Finishing sentences for people allll the time. Also had a cluttering speech disorder.

Can bipolar and adhd coexist? F21
