hey all. been testing the Gen 2 for a while now. my qualms are only with the retention -

my first grind seemed to be fine with only about .1G retention from a dark roast. the following grinds have been very inconsistent, with sometimes the grinder retaining up to 1.5grams of coffee. this was with a dark roast as well. in case it was coffee oil, I did a deep clean. problem persisted. not sure what the issue is here… it’s not feasible for one grind of “oily” beans to mess this up this bad? could this be a hardware issue?
