This sucks

I think this month marks my 15th anniversary since getting me/cfs. Actually probably longer, maybe by 2 years, but I first became severe when I was 17. I'm 32 now. I feel like I died in 2011 and have been stuck in limbo since.

We all deserve better.

What has been your experience on LDA (low dose abilify)?

Positive, neutral, negative, mixed? How long have you been taking it? If it’s worked for you, have you experienced ‘poop out’ or is it still working just as well?

(I’ve had ME (alternating between severe & moderate) for well over 10 years and am thinking of trying LDA, but I’m nervous about potential side effects.)
