So the thing I wanted to vent out is that.

I recently came across a reddit ad for gym equipment in Delhi posted by a seller. He priced the total for those items as 2k and immediately gave a comment to DM me since I could not DM him for some reason ( there was no message button). Later he messaged me saying that he saw the comment and wanted to proceed. I told him i was okay with everything and since I'm not in Delhi I wanted to proceed through RESELLPUR. He didn't know what it was. I explained everything to him about how it works and he must've done his own research also because after sometime he accepted to transact through RESELLPUR. He made a listing, and i placed the order.

RESELLPUR was very kind enough to respond very quickly to both of us and even helped the seller to list on the platform.

They even arranged a FAST pickup from the seller since he said he is about to shift somewhere and wanted to get rid of the things today ITSELF.

Finally resellpur picked up the items from his place.

Everything went well UPTO HERE.

After pickup, his payment got credited to his resellpur account wallet immediately. But instead of withdrawing it to his BANK ACCOUNT (despite the pickup agent clearly mentioning him to use the bank method to withdraw money from the wallet, this person made an error, and then thinking that it doesn't work, immediately tried the AMAZON method to withdraw the money)

The amazon method unfortunately went to his AMAZON GIFT CARD and not his amazon pay wallet.

For this reason, he was very rude and used abusive language to me. Was it my mistake choosing the amazon method Instead of BANK method? He chose it deliberately and he is blaming me for something that is not my fault. I have properly paid everything to both the seller and resellpur.

He even blocked me and I'm not able to view his page or that listing now.

I'm simply a user of Resellpur and wanted to transact safely to buy a product.

What I want to know from the public is that ....what mistake have i done to get this abuse. Do i deserve this kind of treatment?

Sorry for the lengthy story, but I'm very hurt from this incident today, so just wanted to vent it out today to someone.

I have already shared this comment on a post. But for better visibility and for putting it on my own profile im posting it once again (with little changes) for people to see.

Hii , ALL OF your fears and questions about RESELLPUR are absolutely VALID. Even I was in your shoes last month. I'M a very new user in resellpur, joined in April. There were many questions in my mind about its reliability. The authenticity of the products listed were also questionable since they were sold by unauthorised/unknown and new sellers.

But still I wanted to try it out with a small purchase order( a Swiss army knife) . I hesitantly placed my order, wondering about the outcome.

I prefer my things to be authentic, clean, neat and genuine. But since I was not physically present at that place, i have no way of knowing if those are EXACTLY 💯 in the condition i want.

BUT there is a very TRUSTWORTHY , RELIABLE AND GENTLEMAN behind the scene, working so hard, with Integrity. He is the one who will attend to you when you message the customer care number, he is the MANAGER i guess(Btw there is only one number)

Once i tell him my preferences, he notes them down and executes them at the time of physical verification. He will send you all photos , videos and screen recordings( while testing headphones with its respective APP) on the phone and whatnot.

AND if and ONLY IF you APPROVE after seeing that info, he will give VERIFIED MARK and accept the product from the seller.

( BTW ,This step is NOT necessary at all because they do a thorough check before approving,WE NEED NOT GET INVOLVED but I'm telling this for people who are very APPREHENSIVE and skeptical, or if the product is very EXPENSIVE, Then they can do this step at the time of verification, For better satisfaction)

if you don't like them, you can reject the order, no issues and no further questions asked. ( But be MINDFUL, if you repeatedly reject,they CAN charge you, they have operational costs to incur, which is totally understandable)And the refund gets credited within 2 days ( I've used only gpay (UPI) to purchase)

At last he even takes a picture of the final parcel to be shipped and gives you the tracking number.( Mostly through BLUEDART and sometimes SHADOWFAX) .the products are very very NEATLY and safely packed.( They do an excellent job in this area) So there are no chances of damage while in transit.so there is peace of mind there.

The patience he has and the meticulous work he does is unparalleled. IM NOT EXAGGERATING. I've experienced this for myself.

Now, I absolutely have NO PROBLEM trusting resellpur because of its ease of use (website) , transparent process, customer oriented approach, high flexibility, easy to contact, prompt response and hardworking backend team ( i know this because I've received response from them even at 12 in the midnight that i can't even determine their working hours or even working days).

I'm very impressed with this Startup and can easily recommend everyone to try this service ONCE. ( At least with a small product, like I did) And once you understand how they operate, you will be honestly amazed. Till now i have purchased 20 items THROUGH them in such a short time.

The team knows that TRUST is something which is very hard to build and takes time. So they will NOT lose it easily because their whole company is built on it. So feel free to ask any more questions you have.

FULL DISCLOSURE: THE ONLY way I'm connected to this startup is by BEING A CUSTOMER ( im telling this before someone says I'm a paid BOT)

My only intention & motivation to write such a long and detailed OPINION is PURELY for people to know that there is a very good startup doing a VERY IMPORTANT SERVICE which is absolutely required at these times of online scams.i don't want anyone to lose their hard earned money to frauds and cheaters anymore. Let genuine people benefit from my post. I'll be happy for them.
