anyone have any experience at northwestern hospitals? i’m debating on switching from my current hospital to a northwestern hospital for a shorter commute. my job now is 40 minutes away on the highway and this would be way closer. the only thing i’m iffy on is the pay cut and i’ve heard that northwestern techs have more responsibilities like drawing blood, etc.
