Hello. Those who have applied for NTL with a CCJ that was not settled/ unpaid and no payment plan, please share your experience. (and who have not lost ILR due to being out of the country for more than 2 years). And anyone can suggest if there is a chance for NTL to not be granted due to having a CCJ over 6 years ago that was unsettled and no payment plan. FYI didnt even know about it until recently checked my credit file and it showed that there was a CCJ was removed from my file. Thanks
