My wife and I will be celebrating our 20th Anniversary in June on our favorite island. We are staying in Barranquitas for the 1st part of our trip then moving to Carolina for the last few days. Looking for suggestions of outdoor activities between the 2 areas. Anything nature/adventure is right up our alley. We are already doing Toro Verde and over the years have spent a good amount of time exploring the northern coast beaches so hoping for good hikes, tubing, cave exploration, etc. Hoping for some suggestions. We are very open to anything, we have no issues doing tours but also very comfortable exploring on our own and seeing more of this beautiful place.
