Hi,
This is my profile: I have 10 years of experience as a business analyst, and I currently work for a large NHS Trust in a managerial role on a Skilled Worker visa. I have two more years left before I become eligible for ILR.
I’m really worried about Nigel Farage winning the next election and scrapping settlement pathways. I will become eligible for ILR around the same time as the next general election.
I’ve been looking at all the options.
I have a publication, earn a good salary, and do volunteer work related to my role, including running workshops. I could also get recommendation letters from the CTO of my NHS Trust, a well-recognised professor, and one of the AI pioneers for business analysts who has published two books.
My evidence would include my current job, where I build AI agents and test new technologies because of my strong interest in the field. I’m also studying for an MSc in Data Science and have three other master’s-level qualifications, one of which is an MSc in Financial Technology.
Do you think I would be eligible for a Global Talent visa? Do you think it would be worth applying?
