I recently received PPR for my PR application for both myself and my spouse. In the PPR letter, it states that both passports must be submitted together in one envelope. However, when I called VFS Global, they advised me to submit them in two separate envelopes.

Based on their instructions, I submitted the passports in two separate envelopes.

Does anyone know which method is actually correct? Also, will I face any issues since the passports were submitted separately?

Received PPR yesterday. AOR: October 16. However, I still don’t see the eCOPR number in the tracker, and my spouse’s eligibility still shows as “Not Started.”
