My dog is a pitbull who is allergic to everything. I have taken him to the vet multiple occasions. Everytime I go it’s another supply of meds, hundreds of dollars, and a failed attempt at fixing the issue.

The “hot spot” so my vet calls it is on his lower lip or chin area. Has anyone dealt with the situation like this? Not sure if stitches are possible or what the best solution is.
