I understand that mystic and people of religion prophets were not only able to induce ap through prayer and continue praying while in astral projection but prayer also lead to other abilities like bi location and teleportation, alot of these people and there methods seem superficial and unwise and most people are probably lucid dreaming and not alchemist to begin with , but I would like guidance if people have prayers to help induce ap energetically
