Is this a good idea to start YouTube videos in a specific niche to generate money in long run?

In long game can you make enough to quit 9-5?

I am 28 yo working guy saved $30K.

Where can I invest or use this money to make $1000-1200 per month as side income without loosing my hard earned savings?
