Hi friends!

I purchased a combination of stamps adding to the $1.70 international shipping rate (rather than the international forever), and thought purchasing the semi-postal 90 cent stamp was purchasing a stamp worth 90 cents. I just learned it is the same value as domestic forever (78 cents). I have sent 4 postcards internationally that are now short 12 cents.

Does anyone know if there is anyway to retrieve these, since they don’t have any return address? Wondering if the local branch would have them or if it would have been processed further down the line.
