Straight to the question.

Anyone increased their height at 22 or higher using subliminals?

will write in points.

1.) 22 M, been listening to subliminals for close to 3 months now routine mostly include listening while I sleep, I sleep for an hour in afternoon and 5 hours at night with subliminals getting played on my phone next to me.

2.) I was 170.5 cm then and even now after listening to fixed few subliminals from the goated ones like gouba and others it is still at the same 170.5 cm, like not even a single cm.

3.)I was detached from the results, for a month I didnt even check my height. although I used to compare it in my head all the time with others.

4.) I take a very good diet, take supplements for muscle recovery, hit the gym 3X a week but dude nothing changed even with all these.

5.) A part of me says its all a dreamy, I had so much belief in subliminals. This was the very first time I used subliminal and things are not aligning. even half a cm would have given me belief to do it all again.

6.) I hear different type of height subliminal, with a few that are specific to 178 cm coz I always wanted to.

7.) help me out what can be the possible reason, should I decrease my goals from 178 to 175 or something else?. Is there something wrong with my belief, my process or anything. please help me out guys. I had so much faith with subliminals, attractions and things, I dont want to loose it all. I feel so devasted like nothing can change now.
