I am not good with computers. The online said this isn't a real file. Could it be something new or time for a USB reset?

I have been worried about a virus the past few days because my fans on my computer have gotten loud at random times like with online assignments. I just noticed this in my windows defender. The permissions to view the threat keep turning itself off after I view it, but this may be a windows thing I am not in the know of. What should I do, or some steps to take? I have used malwarebytes and sysinternals procexp and found nothing.
