After 2 months of on High protein low carb diet my Triglyceride is down from over 300 to 226
For past 2 months I am on high protein, low carb diet. Breakfast - Milk with Oats, dry fruit, banana, Chia seed: Lunch - Paneer or chicken dish with bajra roti Dinner by 7 PM. I am happy with the progress, anyone else has experience in lowering Triglycerides with just dietary changes.
