Housing costs question
Hi all, my mother just had a case review (she's on LCWRA if relevant) and I turned 21 in March and I'm currently a full-time student at university.
UC have just phoned up today saying that I am now a non-dependant and will be expected to contribute towards the housing costs (officially my mother), and so they will make an applicable deduction, but I only recieve a student loan and can't afford that amount of money
Just checking if this is correct per the UC regulations?
