Just finished reading IG for the second time: does anyone think that in Red God we might learn that Atlas was responsible for Romulus’ death?

The White intervention at Romulus’ trial to charge treason felt suspicious. Compounded by the betrayal of Sefi due to Atlas’ influence over White and then the resulting impact of Fa on the Rim in LB when the Rim’s attention was on war against the Rising, it feels like it must link back to Atlas’ master plan.

I hope that this discovery could help accelerate the Rim’s alliance with the Republic and reform in the rim.
