I am an HSE Engineer based in Algeria with hands-on experience in industrial safety management within oil & gas and heavy industrial environments. My work involves hazard identification, qualitative and semi-quantitative risk assessments (HAZID, JSA, and risk matrices), permit-to-work (PTW) system implementation, and field safety inspections. I have also contributed to the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems, including audit preparation and corrective action follow-up.
