Hi everyone! I am a recent grad with my MSW and one day I would love to work at BC Children's Hospital. I'm still in the process of trying to get registered with the BCCSW and will start applying to jobs once I have my RSW. I've heard that you need child welfare experience to work at BC Children's as a SW, is this true? Do I need to work in Child Welfare before applying to these jobs? I'd love to try and work at the hospital straight away but I don't know how realistic this is.
