Every 2nd or 3rd day cycle, I run around the village to do basic tasks and there's often blocks picked up by the Enderman. The game doesn't have symmetry with plenty of out of place blocks, but these missing blocks scattered randomly, as well as the ones it places in a different location (like sand on dirt), as a direct result of an Enderman visit screws me up all the time. I run around with dirt and sand in inventory just to patch these up when required.
