Two locomotives here having trouble with.

Athearn RTR Maersk- runs, but goes extremely slowly, as if it is bogged down by something. This is after I have had a repair guy look at it because it wouldn’t run at all, and he replaced the board.

Kato SD70MAC- does not move one bit, has been working perfectly until this issue. Wires all seem to be fine as well.
