I’m considering renting an apartment next to where my kids will go to school for the next few years. I want to keep the house and rent it out. Would the mortgage interest change because of this? I have a favorable 3% at the moment.

It’s not my job to evaluate a student’s claim or evidence they submit to re-take an exam or assignment. The student gives me a doctor’s note that looks fake, but how the heck do I know?
