My partner and I are relocating and looking for someone to take over our lease on a 1BR we've enjoyed living in, in East Cambridge. Here are the details:
Location: East Cambridge, MA
Rent: $2,700/month
Lease: Flexible move-in anytime July 10 through Aug 1, through Aug 31, with the option to renew for a full 12 months starting September 1 (through Aug 31, 2027).

- In-unit washer/dryer (free!)
- New stove + microwave
- Furnished with a couch, bed frame, dining table & chairs
The location is genuinely wonderful! You're basically a stone’s throw from the MIT campus on a quiet street just beyond Kendall Square, while still being a walkable distance or a simple bus ride away from the Harvard campus. You're also less than a 10-minute walk to the Red Line with Kendall Square, Central Square, and Inman Square all nearby with tons of restaurants, bars, and things to do. Multiple grocery stores within easy reach, something we've loved about living here. We have also enjoyed taking advantage of the large public sports field (Donnelly Field), free public pool (Gold Star Pool), and local library branch (CPL Valente) just a block away!
